I have a job coming up that will utilize a 3 position meter socket without tenant mains. I the past, I've always delt with sockets containing tenant mains and I know the GEC gets landed in the exterior service equipment enclosure. Now in a service without any tenant mains, is there still a bonding jumper with a lug for the GEC or do I have to run the GEC into each of the panels where the OCPD is located?

In that case, I find that the simplest compliant way is to run the GEC(s) to the furtherest panel, then do a tap to each panel you pass along the way.

So there isn't anywhere to land the GEC in the meter section? I vaguely remember seeing a GEC in a scenario like this run into the utility section of one of these multiple meter pacs. It just seems like it would be a whole lot easier to land the GEC outside..........

Usually there is provision to land the GEC on the neutral bussing, but if there isn't you can usually change one of the lugs to accommodate the GEC's.
