This porch has screens from 10' to the top of a slab on 3 sides and a door to a deck.
The egress lighting can be switched from the existing house and the light can be installed on the house.
Would any more receptacles, other than one or two on the existing wall, be required?

The screened in porch and glass windows in winter just became subject to dwellings 6 & 12 foot rule (210 or 220 not sure Im off the top of my head here) but yes the add on must have proper lighting and switches, exterior lighting relocated and outlets installed as per (210 or 220) sorry no book in front of me but it's 6' from any break in a linear wall line, any wall space wider than 24"(inches) and not more than 12 feet between outlets along the linear wall line. To be considered the required outlet it must be within 18" from floor elevation. Good luck! Jim Benson
