I prewired for a jacuzzi with a four wire system feeding off of a GFCI breaker. The Jacuzzi is three wire. Do I run my two hots to the breaker, the ground to the ground bar and have nothing hooked to where the neutral would go to on the GFCI breaker? I have never seen this before. Thanks!

Some of the newer jacuzzis have all the bells and whistles (lights,stereo, etc). yYou need to "get under the hood" and check out what the mfg's requirements are.
There should be an area for the terminations and that will tell you what is needed.

A 2-pole GFCI breaker will work without a load neutral connected.

What do you mean by Jacuzzi? Is this a hot tub or a hydromassage tub? What you describe seems to be a Hot Tub. In many cases hot tubs do not require a neutral so just wire the 240V connection to the breaker and connect the neutral from the gfci breaker to the neutral bar--no load side neutral is required by the line side must be connected for the electronic inside the breaker.
