I have always been quick to judge any wire, low voltage or otherwise, zip tied to conduit. I may have been wrong

Fair. I said I bet not I know. I’m not an inspector nor do I know any personally. I actually have a high respect for inspectors. I guess I should’ve said “ I know for a fact no electrician at my company knows this” lol.
