Not sure what you asking, but for a receptacle, the grounded neutral is pigtailed (if there is an in and out). You can't wire two neutrals on the receptacle.

Yes, because there is only one hot wire dependent on the neutral at that point.

Yes, in a two wire circuit both the grounded and ungrounded conductors pose the same hazard if opened, in a MWBC the neutral being broken while current is flowing is a different story.

The difference is that a shared neutral may not be de-energized when someone thinks it is, especially before the handle-tied breaker requirement.

I understand. most AHJ in our area will make you pig tail wiring in j box for wall cover. I always assumed because of that you couldnt use the receptacle as a make or break for circuit. Thanks

Obviously, their personal preference, and may be a holdover from when we were more freely allowed MWBC.
