300.15(F) Fitting accessible?

when applying 300.15(F) for instance if converting conduit to MC cable or conduit to FMC, does the fitting have to be accessible. I have installed a recess wall heater and converted the EMT conduit to FMC to enter into the heater cabinet(which will not be accessible after sheetrock), in sounds like this is a code violation, although no inspector has called it out.

300.15 (F) does not apply to your scenario.
