first switch is 1600 amp 480 volt
same cabinet has three 600 a breakers for three mlo panelboards
two paralleled 350 mcm feeders (2 runs in 3.5 inch EMT conduits) to panelboards
art. 300-4-f requires bushings on 4 awg or larger where raceways enter a cabinet, box enclosure, or raceway.
panelboards are mounted in cans and surface mounted.

ARE THESE PANELBOARS.. CABINETS, BOX ENCLOSURES OR RACEWAYS?
ARE BUSHINGS REQUIRED ON THE EMT CONNECTORS IN THE CANS?

Insulating liners, in the connectors, should be in compliance.
