30A Washer & Dryer Receptacle

Hello Everyone . I have a question. Its a new construction house, we have EMT and metal boxes here and we added 30A Washer & Dryer Receptacle 4wire.
Plastic wallplate finish, My question here is, do I have to add EBJ from metal box to Receptacle ? I run 3 wire from panel without Where can I find that in NEC book? Thanks

Yes you need a bonding jumper to the metal box unless the receptacle is listed as self grounding. {250.146}
