Does my disconnect need a ground bar or lug? Or do i simply wire nut the ground together? Its a 30 amp disconnect

Almost every disconnect for HVAC that I have seen has 2 lugs to ground the enclosure.

All metal parts of the electrical system must be bonded together. So yes you need to bond the enclosure

Obviously. You could use a grounding screw. Must be threaded screw, not sheet-metal.

They do make them so I bet that is what he has...lol to op-- If it is plastic then no need to bond it.

That is just to connect the equipment grounding conductors together. If it's plastic, obviously the bonding is useless.
