I know this topic has been addressed in the past...but, just to be sure:
if using 90 degree C wet/dry conductors such as THHN/THWN-2, the AMBIENT correction factors can be based on 90Degrees C, even if the termination limits the cable - such as lugs on a CB - to 75Degrees C per 110.14(C)(1)
