Do you use the 90 degree conductor column for adjustment on all conductor types or just those rated for 90 degree ampacity and listed under the 90 degree column?

Do you use the 90 degree conductor column for adjustment on all conductor types or just those rated for 90 degree ampacity and listed under the 90 degree column?

You use what ever the conductor insulation type actually is and when applicable whether or not it is a wet or dry location.
