I have been studying code via videos and refresher material and had some box fill questions.

When installing 3 conduits in a row is there a minimum space between the holes made is or that just up to common sense?

Also in 314.16 I did box fill calcs up to 4awg. How do you size for larger conductors?

Do you assume it is in conduit and do the pull box calcs?

There are some engineered cables above 4awg if a cable clamp is used how would that be dealt with? In my Industry I have seen this with wire tray mounted junction boxes.

Thanks for your help as always

1) only whatever space is needed for the locknuts and bushings
2) there is no volume fill requirements if the conductors are 4 AWG or larger, the rules in 314.28 cover the required size of the enclosure
3) Not sure what you are asking, but if you are asking about the size of a junction box for cables with conductors 4 AWG and larger, see the last paragraph of 314.28(A)(2).
4) same as #3.
