314.54 cancelled?

We are a french company, first time trying get through NEC 2005.
Looking for NEC article 314.52 and 314.54 Manholes and other electrical enclosures intended for personal entry. Didn't find these articles in NEC 2005, suppose there were cancelled from NEC 2002.
Could somebody confirm and tell us where we could find the 2005 requirements for manholes intended for personal entry.

You right with article 110.
My question is now: is an underground cable pulling chamber with duct banks coming on each side considered as a manhole or an enclosure for personal entry?
Our concern is to design pulling chambers and respect clear space work NEC requirements. If we follow work space dimension of article 110, the pulling chamber will probably be too large for the purpose (just cable pulling).

Wheater you call it a Manhole or Enclosuer...Art 110.70 [2005 NEC] applies if you "enter" into it...
