The 320 amp all-in-one meter sockets with 2-200 amp distribution breakers that we have used for years are no longer legal. I install one a while back and it was rejected, because it does not have a main breaker. Per the 2020 code all panels require a main breaker. Has anyone found an all-in-one unit that that meats code?

That was yet another horrible code change that was not based on any history of problems. The person who submitted that code change said MLO panels are "no longer relevant". I suspect that person did not have much field experience. Anyway, I hope the code and the manufacturer's can come up with a requirement and equipment that can meet a separate compartment requirement. IIRC the wording for metering equipment is a bit more loose allowing "separate compartments" but for other equipment it is "separate enclosures".
