320 power to 2 200 amp panels how to ground??

I'm installing 2 200amp panels at my personal residence. I have 320 power at the meter base. I'm using a set of double barrel connectors and going to each 200 amp panel separately. I have installed one panel on the inside wall just opposite the meter base the other one goes through a disconnect and then in conduit under the concrete floor to the other side of the basement. How do I need to ground / bond these panels? please help
