I have 320 meter base with 2-200amp disconnects both located at the meter box. One feeds the shop main panel that is located on same wall as the meter box. The other disconnect feeds the house main panel, 100 feet away. Both disconnects have ground and neutral bonds. The ground rod is at the meter base, no ground rod at the house. Do either of the breaker panels need to be bonded?
