Similar to a situation that was discussed earlier...
Pre-fab metal building. 15 ft ceilings. Builder constructs a large wood frame inner building. Building Inspector rules interior is non fire rated construction thus allowing 334.10(3) to be applied.
NM is behind 5/8 sheet rock on walls and ceiling but exposed on upper side of ceiling joists.
Would this still be considered "concealed within walls or ceilings that provide thermal barrier" ?
