Your magic number is 150 Volts nominal to ground. See 110.26(A) for the depth table, based on what is behind it, and whether it is above or below 150V to ground.
If the system is ungrounded, the voltage between any two conductors shall be used instead.
See 110.34, for higher than 600V.
