3M cable cleaning / Degreasing wipes

We need to shutdown and clean couple panels . Saw these 3M wipes just wondered if anyone has used them and what they thought . Normally we use rags and alcohol .

We always use denatured alcohol and rags but the 3M stuff might be better because it's not flammable.

I wonder if they damage paint. Says theyre effective on protective coatings. Does this mean they remove protective coatings?
