3r load center and dimmers

Does anybody make a 3 phase, 3r, 125 amp main breaker load center with at least 18 circuits?
Also I have to put a ton of dimmers outside for an outdoor patio/cocktail area. either they're gonna end up in a lot of t-11 type boxes or one large enclosure with a door. Any thoughts, ideas, or experiences? I hate the idea of putting a bunch of dimmer outside, but there is no structure within 500 feet to stash them. I know this will end up being value engineered against my will so I'm trying to come up with answers before the questions.

There are certainly sp 125 amp MB load centers with 18 circuits. I have no idea about the 3 phase. I would just call my supplier. I don't know what else you can do with dimmers other then use t-11 box. I guess you could get a large hinge PVC box and install a bunch of the switches inside the box.
