4 11/16 with two gang device opening in back of box

Im looking for a 4 11/16 box with a two gang opening in the back, similar to the image provided except the image shows a single gang. I would appreciate it if you could provide a part number or point me in the right direction

I have a four square with a two gang plaster ring installed with sheet rock...I have to mount a box on top of it to surface mount a raceway. Spent about fifteen minutes trying to find a part number... haven't given up hope of finding it and hoped my peers could assist me

I've never seen one of those in a 2 gang version. Since the single gang 4 11/6 version is larger you could probably cut out the 2 gang cover in the existing 4" box, replace it with a single gang, and install the single gang 4 11/6 box over it.

Turn it 90 degrees for mounting to a two gang

If you turn it 90 degrees, you’ll see the 2 holes on the top and 2 on the bottom that fit a 2 gang screw hole pattern.

Remove the 2 gang ring and install a single plaster ring.

Actually if you remove the ring then you can just use an extension ring. Little touch up around the edges....
