I havent use a piece in a couple of years, Back then it was $100.00, Someone told me its over $200.00 is this true??

I am sure it is close to $200. I bought a piece of 2" rigid and it was around $80.00-- that was a month ago.

Yeah, and not so long ago it was $16, and it seems like it stayed that cost for sometime.
