Battery charger for forklift 480 volts 3 hots and a ground. 14.6 amps load. What size is the ground wire. Code reference. Continuous load

I assume you're asking what size wire to the receptacle for the charger, and the 14.8 amps is the AC power draw?

what size wire do you think is required for both the ungrounded and the grounding conductors? Apologies if not, however your question sounds like a test or homework question... Prefer that you show some work toward an answer.

Yes, 250.122 was one of the code sections I was going to mention, along with 240.4. if you have metal conduit all the way, it can be used as the EGC.
