Is anyone finding 4 wire URD, say like 4/0 4/0 2/0 4 AL available anywhere? With the new feeder requirements, it sure would be nice not to have to deal with 2 coils of wire when putting in the undergound. I did find a 4 wire mobile home URD but it is only good for 100A.

Just as a side note, true "URD" cable is not a NEC recognized building wire and in most areas, as such, is not acceptable for NEC applications.
Locally, UG cable 4/0, 4/0,2/0,4 (AL) is available as a USE cable with an additional rating as I recall RHW.
Here is one local (TENNESSEE) supply house listing:

4/0-4/0-2/0-4 ALUM MOBILE HOME
FEEDER CABLE 1000' REEL (NEW CODE
APPROVED)Price: $ 2189.000 m

also, what "new feeder requirement" are you referencing ?

The mandatory 4 wire requirement even if no parallel path exists as in pulling a feeder from a remote meter pedestal.

Understood. So many of our installs include the EGC I forget it's a change.
As noted in the supply listing the USE feeder they have is due to it's being commonplace for mobile homes for years.

I saw a roll of 4/0 /4/0 2/0 Urd with a Green Ground wire with it at Home Depot the other day. But none of the Supply Houses in our area keep it.
