40 Amp Spacesaver

Hi, I'm replacing breakers for a Siemens EQ phase 1 panel and I need a space saver breaker for a 40 amp electric stove.
My understanding is that Siemens doesn't make a twin 40 amp breaker so I need to use a quad breaker instead.
Is that correct and is this the right breaker?

A twin breaker will not give you 240 volts I have to ask are you licensed ?

I would like to know also about being licensed.. The quads will give 240V--here is a 40-40
