I have a situation where the tenant ran a video camera low voltage cable above the ceiling down into a wall mounted cabinet and then plugged the L.V. transformer into the receptacle that was in the wall mounted cabinet. This still violates Article 400.8(5) where flexible cords are not permitted above suspended or dropped ceilings correct?
