Need a little help here....... Have a 400 amp fused disconnect feeding a tap box. From the tap box 400 amp going to metered CT cabinet. CT cabinet does have opening for a disconnect, but none is there. No other equipment is being served from the 400 amp fused disconnect or the tap box. The fused disconnect is approx. 6' away from t he CT cabinet. Is this okay?

The CT's are on the load side of the disconnect
I do not see any code issues. However, I find it surprising the service is cold sequence metered. Most utilities do not allow that type of arrangement because a customer could potentially tap the disconnect ahead of the meter and feed themselves with unmetered (free) energy. I would check with the POCO to see if they will permit the cold sequence metering you have described.
