That works if you have 2 raceways.

i have a spot where the customer don't want to look at a 4 in ....so if i can get 2 2in out the top of meter, that wouldn't look so bad i guess.... maybe one 3in

Are you asking if 3 250's fit in 2 inch raceway or are you asking about ampacity of parallel 250's installed in same raceway?

If you need 400 amps and only want to use 2 inch raceway you will definitely need 2 raceways - whether they will hold 3 250's might be questionable - need to know if sch 40 or 80 and what is the conductor insulation type.

never done it but its no more than a 20 ft drop so with xhhw's they should fall in sched 40
