400 amp service and free underground

I have a customer wanting to convert 200 amp overhead to underground service. The new underground will be free if the customer upgrades to 400 amps.

Does this mean if I buy a bigger refrigerator I will spend more on food and beer?

Beers would be better.
Frosted mugs are good so bigger fridge may be needed.
