by your expertise do you rather run one conduit for a underground 400 service or parallel your runs (conduits)? run it is about 30' straight run and to sweep up with 90's both ends, one to CT Trans and the other outside to POCO pole up to maybe 25'.

I'm still trying to figure out "240/120v 3ph Service". Is this supposed to be 3-wire?

Sounds like a delta service. Probably underground to a pole, then up the pole to two poletop transformers.

yes it is 4 wires, and yes it is undeground to a pole. For one conduit do you guys use a wire pulling equip for this distance? or 3 guys are able to do the job?Thank you guys for your replies

No problem. I've done them as far as 130 feet manually with only 3 guys. Leave the pole riser apart at the ell for the pull, then side it down over after the pull, unless you have a bucket truck with a jib available.

not to be the voice of dissention, but 2 questions?

1) what is the price of 500mcm vs 3/0?

2) who's digging the trench?

That method is against 300.18(A) but it's the method I used every single time when I was contracting. . If you're careful not to damage the wire insulation with the pipe edge you'll be fine. . Make sure you only glue the male end when gluing pipe with wire already in it. . Glue the male end and excess glue gets pushed out of the pipe. . Glue the female end and excess glue gets pushed into the pipe and glues the wire in place.
