400 HP soft starter panel

I'm designing a 460V control panel with a 400 HP Soft Starter, 10 HP Manual Motor Starter, 5 HP Manual Motor Starter and a 1 HP VFD. I'm planning on using a 800A class MCCB. The output of the MCCB has three position wire lugs for each phase. The way I calculate the output conductor ampacity for the MCCB is 1.25x477A + 14A + 7.6A + 2.1A for a total of 620 Amps. Looking at UL508A table 28.1, I would need to use three 4/0 copper (75 deg C) conductors per phase. Is this correct? I'm also trying to figure out a way to connect 10 AWG wires from the MCCB to feed the Manual Motor Starters and VFD. Any suggestions?
