I can't find on the 310.60 (67)-(86) for 400 MCM medium voltage (12kv) ampacity for bare copper conductor. Will be stranded by power distribution open air.

There is between 350 mcm to 500 mcm

I don't believe that you will find the ampacity of ANY bare conductors in Tables 310.60(67)-(86).
