400a meter socket 2 outdoor 200a disconnects feeding 2 40 circuit 200a mbp

So I'm trying to decipher how exactly and what size to run for gec, the setup is parallel 250kcmil aluminum feeding a 240v 400a square d meter socket with a double tapped load side with 4/0 aluminum feeding 2 separate 200a disconnects on the exterior of the house feeding 2 40 circuit 200a mbp panels what I'm trying to figure out is do I have to run 2 separate gec paths and if so what size do they need to be or can I bond all my gec's to say the water pipe and then just run a single 4awg bare to each disconnect

GEC is sized per the largest service conductor, which appears to be 2-250s in parallel effectively making this a 500 kcmil conductor.

You have a few options:
Run your GECs from a point ahead of the disconnects such as the meter socket (if your POCO allows)
Run a separate GEC from each disconnect to the Grounding Electrodes
Run a common GEC to the disconnects with a "tap" to each disconnect as shown below:
