It appears TN might be jumping from the '08 to the '14 Code. One of many items in question is in regard to 406.9(B). The '14 wording appears to have removed the exclusion for one and two family dwellings.
How are folks under the '14 addressing 406.9(B) ?
Is there a listed "extra duty" cover that doesn't look like a RV pedestal ?

The heavy duty covers look the same as the old covers except for the marking of H.D. on them somewhere. You probably have them already.
