I just did a panel with those last week. In Canada, they have a separate compartment for the incoming.

think I prefer the Square D over the Siemans set up... but... have to see how they work... Kinda prefer the UK boxes now that I am used to working on them. US boxes are ok, but... Only problem is they now are switching to all metal boxes here as well, and I prefer plastic for my concrete walls... In Jamaica the rust problems are horrendous
