410.130.G Disconnecting Fluorescent Ballast

To my knowledge new fixtures are not manufactured with a switch but cord and plugs are often used to comply here. Is this still the case?

We have 12 120V A, B controlled so double cord & plug with duplex would be needed? Is there another way?

Most of the new fixtures I see have a factory supplied "molex" plug/connector at on in the ballast as a part of the fixture.
