4160 chiller connection

What type of products are out there to insulate the 5 kv cable connection inside the termination
box of a 4160 chiller. I am looking at crimped on stake on rings on both the 5 kv shielded cable and the wires coming out of the chiller, these would be bolted together, the final insulation is what is in question.

would think 3M 130C rubber tape would insulate it
