4160 v switchgear cubical

Can uni-strut and a pull box be mounted on top of a 4160 cabinet where there are solid panels and hardware already present? Some panels have small holes for cooling, how about over the solid areas? How about on the side of the cabinet? NEC reference? Thanks.

Most switch gear manufacturers make pull sections designed to add room to the top of their gear.

Thanks 'bama. The main purpose is to locate the PTs for metering purposes. The CTs leads will terminate in the box and then head over to the exterior wall at the meter. I have decided to suspend the box from the ceiling joists and run conduit over to the cabinet. This leaves the top and the side of the cubical clear.
