4160 V thru a drop ceiling

The feeder is fused outside and the contractor wants to run the med. voltage cable thru a drop ceiling in a parking garage. It will be installed in Rigid and will be labeled. I am having trouble finding the answer, the closest i can come is 300.37

I don't see any code or safety issues.

We've run 4160 volt feeders above sheetrock apartment ceilings in EMT without issue.

The installation is compliant. I've run 34.5kV in EMT inside buildings, without a code issue
