So the next one I got is to hook up this commercial water heater - its a 3 phase, 480Volt, 24kw unit.

I look over 422 and I just want to be clear - it says that this guy is a continuous load, so its 125% of my calced current right??

(my question really is - is this truly a continuous load as the 6 resistive heaters all have thermo's on them, making it almost impossible to remain loaded for 3 hours or more)

thoughts - am I way out in left field on this??

Thanks guys!!

Is this an instantaneous or storage type heater?
