Code Section 450.14 states that Transformers other than Class 2 and Class 3 transformers shall have a disconnecting means located either in sight of transformer or in a remote location.
Is the reference to Class 2 and Class 3, with respect to IEEE Standard C57.12.00 for transformers? Or is it with respect to class 2 and class 3 circuits as defined in Article 725 of NEC?
