I have a large building. Large grocery store on the first floor , 42 apartments above. 4 story building. Grocery store has 480/277 V, apts are 120/208. Fire wall is seperating the ceiling and walls. Not enough room for the refrigeration equpment for the grocery store so the engineer wants to install the equipment on the roof above the apartments. All electric will be ran outside the building from the 1st floor to the 4th floor mezzanine where the equpment is. Any code violations here? Plaques needed on roof? I'm worried about a fire with 2 services in different locations on different floors

The feeder circuits just need to be labeled based on where they are feed from and can not use the same color scheme as the 120/208 wiring.

There is nothing wrong with it.

230.2 generally prohibits multiple services to a building but different voltages is one of the exceptions. 230.2(E) requires permanent placards at each service denoting the location of the other. Why should the service disconnects be on different floors?

The rest of it is no issue IMO.
