I have a piece of portable equipment that is 480 volts, 9amps 3 phase. I am adding another place to plug it in at. Can I put the two outlets for a lack of better terms on the same circuit? Do I need to worry about exceeding capacitys when there is more than one place to run it at? But only one piece of equipment.

Go ahead and add the plug to the circuit.
A receptacle is not a connected load so you can have more than one on the same circuit.
