I’m currently running a job where the electrician says he can utilize 2 existing 2.5” sch40 conduit to run 480v 3 phase configured this way:

Phase A and B 750mcm Al XHHW with ground - conduit 1

Phase C 750mcm Al XHHW with ground - conduit 2

Since I’m overseeing everything and don’t needs issues later, is code compliant?

Is this a service or a feeder?
What amperage?
Why delta and not wye?

From fundamentals perspective if it is non metallic raceway you won't have much issues, it still doesn't meet NEC requirements though.

The electrician may be able to run a complete set of conductors in each conduit and place them in parallel, depending on what the requirements are.
