We need to install a control panel that controls a skid with 3 motors 480V draws 70amps. The panel is at 800ft away from it's source. We need to provide the protection and feeder. I know that Wire #6 awg (75amp according to NEC) is still not the one because there is a voltage drop that I need to consider. How do I calculate it. I appreciate if you guys help me out.

You would need one set of 1/0 copper to stay under 3% voltage drop. This does not consider starting load at all.
As a side note, your #6 would not be the correct size except under extraordinary conditions. The use of the 75 amp rating of #6 wire is pretty much useful only for fill and ambient derating due to the termination limitations of 110.14(C)(1)
