480V Wiring in Trough

Quick question for anyone who may know off-hand. Is there anything in the NEC which prohibits running THHN for 480V circuits thru wire troughs such as the one I've shown in my attachment? At my company we've run 480V circuits in sheathed cable inside of these before, and THHN for 24VDC. However, does the NEC essentially regard a trough the same as running single conductor cable thru a conduit? I don't have my code book handy and am curious if anyone knows off-hand which code, if any, prohibit this as a wiring practice?

Are you planning on running the 480 and the 24VDC in the same wireway ??

And before someone answers that's allowed if they have 600 volt insulation, its only allowed if the 24 VDC circuit is an Article 725 Class 1 power or non power limited circuit.

See the IN to 300.3(C)(1)

That was my concern when I read the OP

Exactly. Every electrician knows this:
"(C) Conductors of Different Systems.
(1) 1000 Volts, Nominal, or Less. Conductors of ac and dc
circuits, rated 1000 volts, nominal, or less, shall be permitted
to occupy the same equipment wiring enclosure, cable,
or raceway. All conductors shall have an insulation rating
equal to at least the maximum circuit voltage applied to any
conductor within the enclosure, cable, or raceway."

But for some reason we stop reading at the end of the section and miss the IN.....
