We are supplying disconnects to a bunch of 480V 3P VAVs. I am ordering the disconnects today. I see and option for a "neutral kit". Is this referring to a "groundable neutral" that I see on Square D's cut sheets? What is this used for?

A neutral kit would be isolated.
A groundable neutral would have provisions (ususally a screw) for bonding the isolated neutral to the enclosure.

You would only need a neutral kit if you are pulling the neutral to the load.
