The service is 480V/4W/3-Phase Wye coming down the pole through the weather head into a disconnect, then to the meter, and finally to a customer disconnect. From that point, a feeder will be ran to power a 480V/3W/3-Phase Panel. At what point should the neutral be dropped off? Should its final point be the line side of the meter or the disconnect?
The panels are already in place, so replacing them would not be ideal. Thanks for any feedback.
