4x4 pre-galvanized steel box in concrete wall

Is it acceptable to install a 4 inch Pre-galvanized steel square box with MS bracket and Welded construction that is wrapped in duct tape in a "cast in place" concrete wall? I know the box is not labeled to be used in concrete, but with the duct tape wrapping is it now legal? I called the manufacturer (T&B) and they said since it's wrapped it is "acceptable". I am having a hard time agreeing with this statement and installation.

The box is a T&B 521711234E.

Appreciate the help.
 
We do it all the time. The finish is no different than the finish on a masonry box.
