4zone switching relay the culprit

My boiler was not running the other morning so I went to check t. I pulled the box off the Taco relay as the green light or zone lights were off. I hit one of the input wires and it triggered the boiler on. It has since happened several more times should the entire unit be replaced or is it just a loose connection
